Frequently asked questions

Where is my video stored and when is it deleted?

Videos are processed on Bennu servers in Iran and deleted automatically after 24 hours. You can also delete yours at any time with the “Delete video” button. Videos are never used for training without your permission.

Why is only 30 seconds processed?

That limit only applies to the demo so everyone gets results quickly. The full product runs 24/7 on live camera streams.

Is the demo as accurate as the product?

Yes — the demo uses the same engine. In a real installation, tuning camera angle and lighting improves accuracy even further.

Will it work with our existing cameras?

In most cases, yes. Bennu ANPR works with standard IP (RTSP) cameras, and our engineers check your cameras before you buy.
